Details: SUMMARY: ALERT COLI: 8223---The routine sample collected on 09-10-10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 09/10/10---I spoke with Bill Duke. Bill informed me that he has already collected four repeat samples (including one at the source) and the Bob McNeely is no longer the operator/owner. I reminded Bill that five temporary routines are due in October. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert for action needed.
