Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly routine sample positive for coliform. DETAILS: Spoke to Don from Mid Valley Pump regarding the latest water sample. He was instructed to submit three repeat distribution samples and a source sample. He was also instructed to label the source sample as triggered. The principal owner is listed as Forrest Bowman Property Management, the company says they havent owned the property in years. The Property owner is said to be Kim Sargent. I will file the appropriate paper work to change the contact information. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeat samples.
