| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8402- Coliforms found present in 10-05-10 sample. DETAILS: Left phone message on 10/01/2010 and stopped at property on 10/12/2010 and talked to Calvin. He reported already taking two repeat samples last week and planned submitting two additional repeat samples later in day, plus an untreated source sample at well head. (He speculated operator error may have caused the 10-5 sample result.) I asked for notification if any samples showed presence of coliforms. Confirmed that five temporary routine samples are to be drawn in November. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeats (two already submitted) samples, one source sample, five temporary routine samples. | ||
