| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI8100 --- The routine coliform sample collected on 08/18/10 and two repeats collected on 08/20/10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 08/23/10 --- I spoke with Henry: He thinks the kitchen tap is the cause of the positive samples despite the fact that one of the repeats came (apparently) from the well head ( he believes that the sample labeled "source" was actually from the kitchen tap). Daniel Hough (DWP) and I discussed this situation and recommended that he collect a "special" sample at the well head. I e-mailed him a tier two public notice. He agreed to collect five samples in September. 10/15/10 --- Five temporary routines collected on 09/22/10 tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. | ||
