Details: SUMMARY: Resolution of ciolation #3182820, did not report any TCR sample for Sept 2010. DETAILS: Violation ID 3182820 - System missed taking a TCR monthly routine sample for Sept 2010. In checking with SDWIS, four routine samples were submitted during the month of October 2010. Two samples were submitted 10/04/10, and two more samples submitted 10/27/10. This violation has now been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
