Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform positive for sample date 07/15/10. DETAILS: Called and left message for Tom to take repeat samples at each well and three repeats in the distribution system. I also indicated that if all of the repeats are negative then be sure to take five routine samples in the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and follow up if necessary.
