Details: SUMMARY: Initial contact for Emergency Response Plan (ERP). DETAILS: Initial contact with operator made 08/25/10 via letter with subsequent follow up telephone call made on 10/06/10. Contact attempt successful. Discussed with the operator what is happening at a state level and the need for an ERP for their water system. Made appointment wit operator to visit on 10/13/2010 for follow up. ACTION NEEDED: Will follow up with operator regarding ERP on 10/13/10.
