| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform sample positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: One of the four repeat samples form 09/08/10 repeat sample date back positive for TCR. I spoke with the system yesterday and we will be shock chlorinating the system tonight on 10/21/2010, as well as issuing a TIER II Public Notice for MCL violation (two positive samples in same calendar month). I also spoke with the GP Water Lab (they are now responsible for collecting the samples) and told them to hold off for a few days before collecting five routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate system, provide a public notice for MCL violation, collect five more routine samples later this month. | ||
