| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed request for hearing regarding the proposed civil penalty DETAILS: Judy called, seeking information about how he should go about requesting a hearing regarding the penalty assessed by the DWP on October 27. I told Judy that she needed to submit a written request for hearing, and that it had to be received by fax, or in the mail, no later than Tuesday November 16. I stated that today or Monday would be better to make sure there were no problems. I informed Judy that after we receive the request, someone would contact her, and that there are two possible avenues that could occur: either both parties proceed to the administrative hearing or both parties agree to settle the penalty. I told her that if she didnt request the hearing then the matter would become final by default. I received her request for a hearing shortly after the conversation. ACTION NEEDED: Someone will contact Judy Bedsole and discuss how to proceed. | ||
