Details: SUMMARY: Two significant deficiencies were noted on 10/13/10 water system survey. DETAILS: Ed young has contacted me and sent me pictures fixing the significant deficiencies and let me know that ASRs were sent out for years 2007 - 2009, yet were not sent to the state. In the future, he will send in the ASR to the State. ACTION NEEDED: none
