| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to Coliform and E.coli Source Water Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Shelly at Delta Labs. Positive E.coli at the source. Shelly said the five confirmation samples were already submitted. No further source sampling is required as the Seavy Loop Water system has already been confirmed with E. coli at the source and a required to meet corrective action. Letter dated 06/14/10 sent to Kevin Hunt requiring corrective action be taken to meet the state requirements. Kevin submitted a letter to Lane County on 06/30/10 stating that a new well proposed and that the chlorine residual levels would remain at .3 mg/L in the distribution until the anew well was drilled. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review required for new well. | ||
