| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8455 DETAILS: System had a positive TC on 10/13/10 sample. The system took the four repeat samples on 10/18/10 and all came back positive including the well sample. Rick has already published the public notice informing the system users if the situation and the purposed correction which is to shock the well. He knows of no cause for this occurrence, there has been no work done on the well or in the system. He will take the five temporary routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Will sample as required after shocking the system. | ||
