| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding E. coli positive samples DETAILS: Contacted Mike regarding the positive E. coli samples. I informed him that at Tier 1 public notice was required and asked him to send me a copy when it is completed. I also informed him that five temporary routine samples would be required before the end of the month. They are in the plan review process to install a chlorinator to the system and are unsure if plan review process can be completed before the end of the month. I told him to contact Marsha Fox or Jay MacPherson to explain the situation and possibly expedite the process. ACTION NEEDED: Confirm that the public notice is posted, and that they continue in the correction of the issue. | ||
