Details: SUMMARY: Called regarding failure to report a coliform sample for the 3rd and 4th qtr 2010. DETAILS: Lakeridge country Club missed their 3rd and 4th qtr samples for 2010. Mrs. Logan indicated that their pump is currently out of service and that they will not be able to collect any samples until they get the pump fixed and they reopen next spring. ACTION NEEDED: Collect coliform sample when the system re-opens in April 2011.
