Details: SUMMARY: The system had a positive coliform, but absent for E.coli on 11/11/10. COLI 8630 DETAILS: I talked with Mr. Winkler, stated he just arrived in town and read the notice. The sample is taken after the UV light. The bulb is over one year old, so will replace the bulb and call lab to take five repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Replace UV bulb annually and to take five repeat samples. Future action will be determined depending on water sample results.
