Details: SUMMARY: Alert Nitrate CHEM 4539 DETAILS: Spoke with Emmons Meat Manager, Darin, by phone about the 11.0 ppm nitrate result on 11/12/10. We discussed taking another nitrate samples for reconfirmation within two weeks. He stated he would have it in by the end of the week. ACTION NEEDED: Confirmation nitrate smple within two weeks.
