Details: SUMMARY: An Alert CHEM 4458 was sent that NO3 had excceeded the 5 MCL threshold at 6.6 MCL. DETAILS: The firm will be on quarterly sampling until further notice to monitor nitrate levels. The 6.6 level currently is not at an action level per Bill Goss, DWP-Pendleton. ACTION NEEDED: Firm will continue on a quarterly nitrate sample per Bill Goss.
