Details: SUMMARY: ALERT: CHEM 4551 --- A quarterly nitrate sample collected on 10/29/10 tested above 1/2 of the MCL at 7.32 ppm. DETAILS: 11/17/10 --- A quarterly nitrate sample collected on 10/29/10 tested above 1/2 of the at 7.32 ppm. I spoke with Bill on 11/15/10 regarding this sample, what happens in the MCL is exceeded, and the next step, which is to collect another quarterly sample in the first quarter ACTION NEEDED: The next quarterly nitrate sample is due in the first quarter of 2011.
