Details: SUMMARY: Violation summary DETAILS: Violations in 3rd quarter for late source and not repeat samples. Called lab and system. Even though state shows correct sampling, original repeat samples on 9/20 were marked as routines. This created the violation. Lab has since corrected them to repeat 3 and source TG, 1. ACTION NEEDED: none
