DETAILS: Pete emailed Canby Utility November 10th, 2010 to confirm the phthalate detection this quarter.

(It is possible that the lab tech used gloves that were not phthalate-free when performing the analysis or the sample preparation.)

ACTION NEEDED: Resample. Reanalyze.

Sample came back negative in mid-Dec.
