Details: SUMMARY: Well #3 approved DETAILS: Noticed that SDWIS had well 3 as approved. I checked the file and did not find anything about well 3 being unapproved. I emailed Jay and asked him to look into it. Jay said Shawn Stevenson reviewed the log and concluded it is properly consturcted. Jay said he updated SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: none
