Details: SUMMARY: Chlorine residual DETAILS: 11/22/10 Contact from state Evan Hofeld regarding lack of chlorine residual check at time of TC sampling. 11/23 Contact Steve to add chlorine. Discussed requirement for chlorine residual check at sample point and documentation on lab slip at time of TC sampling. Steve agreed to assure chlorine residual is checked and documented. Discussed required annual source water coliform sample before end of 2010. ACTION NEEDED: none
