Details: SUMMARY: monthly reporting DETAILS: Springfield Utility Board experienced a malfunction with their SCADA system on 12/10/10-12/13/10. Treatment was not interrupted but online monitoring was. Complete explaination was included in Dec 2010 monthly operating report. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time.
