Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic treatment DETAILS: Spoke with Mike regarding update on arsenic treatment. He spoke with Brad Karr at HBH and found the proposed treatment he wanted to use was not adequate/NSF approved for his situation. The point of use treatment was also not approved due to the number of RV sites that Mike does not own and would have to bec ome too involved to make the treatment work. A message was left with Brad on 12/1/10 and Jake Salcone with the revolving loan fund to check into how much money mike can borrow to assist him with installing the original arsenic treatment proposed in the spring. The proposed system is very expensive and Mike says he is working to get it going. A new quarterly public notice is required to be posted with the latest arsenic stats and proposal of what work is being done to correct the situation ACTION NEEDED: Fax, email or mail updated arsenic public notice to Lane County and Brad Daniels.
