Details:	SUMMARY: Corrective action update DETAILS: Spoke with Lori regarding the installation of the new storage tank and chlorinator to comply with corrective action letter mailed in February 2010. Lor asaid Oregon Water services was going to install the new tank but she has not been able to reach anyone. A proposed installation date for the new storage tank is required by December 31, 2010. Lori said if she cant reach Oregon Water Services tomorrow she is switching to a different installer and will call with a proposed date. ACTION NEEDED: Install new storage tank and chlorination system to comply with the GWR
