Let him know that they will need to take a triggered source sample at the well heads if both were operating. 3 distribution repeat samples will also be needed. If all repeat samples are absent then they will need 5 temporary routine samples fo December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary.
