Details: SUMMARY: field inspection of new RO units DETAILS: In December 2010, the mill installed 2 reverse osmosis units. The brand is: North Star, Model # NSRO42C4. There is a unit installed under each sink in the breakroom areas. RO units are NSF approved and include water quality monitors for filter/membrane replacement. Nitrate samples were collected the same day and dropped off at KUO lab in Umatilla. ACTION NEEDED: Once results are received, evaluate effectiveness and close plan review/enforcement if appropriate. DWP to also evaluate chemical monitoring schedule.
