Details: SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Attempted to contact Richard & spoke with his wife about the missed source sample for well #2 following the positive total coliform sample on November 9. I let her know the state had only received a source sample for well #3. She said she would talk to Richard to see if the sample had been taken. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling.
