| Details: | SUMMARY: Fluoride conc record, IFE reporting DETAILS: The concentration of fluoride was not recorded one day last month. Two individuals remember taking the reading, but apparently the value was not recorded. A dose adjustment was made that day, so a value must have been recorded, otherwise dose would not have been changed. Operator asked for clarity on IFE turbidity >0.3 NTU on 2 or more consecutive 15 minute readings. If these are readings during filter to waste, there is no reporting requirement.
