Details: SUMMARY: Deactivate well #1 on SDWIS DETAILS: Spoke with operator Dick Briggs from Lakeview Dr. Well #1 was deactivated and disconnected from the water system in the summer of 2006. Filled out a water change form and submitted to the state to change SDWIS. Well #2 is now the only active well serving the water system. ACTION NEEDED: none
