Contacted operator, informed operator of results and to start taking quarterly monitoring for nitrates until 4 consecutive quarters are sampled, beginning with the 4th quarter of 2010. System will be reevaluated the 4th quarter of 2011 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take quarterly nitrate samples through the 3rd quarter of 2011.
