Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 1/18/11 DETAILS: Called Grace to let her know about the positive samples. She had just heard about the results from the lab. I let her know that they will need 2 source samples to labeled triggered source. The system chlorinates so they will need 4 distribution samples that need to be labeled repeat samples. I also let her know that 5 temporary routine samples will be needed for February. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat samples & respond if necessary.
