Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation update DETAILS: Previous violations for non reporting coliform. A raw sample was taken however the samples were labeled routine instead of triggered by the lab. A raw sample for SRC-AC was taken on 12/10/10 the results of which indicated the water does conform this raw sample should satisfy violation 625497. I am working with the lab in trying to get the labeling of the sample changed from routine to triggered. Please refer to attachment #1 for this sample. A raw sample for SRC-AB was taken on 12/23/10 the results of which indicated the water does conform this raw sample should satisfy violation 625498. Again, as noted I am working with the lab in trying to get the labeling of the sample changed. Enclosed are the sample results for both of these tests with some additional notes describing the situation and the samples were mislabeled. ACTION NEEDED: Get sample labels changed.
