| Details: | SUMMARY: Or Health Lab confirmed positive coliform 1/11/11 DETAILS: I received a complaint from a tenant regarding the water at the park. Since there was no testing data since the positive coliform in October I thought there might be some credibility to the complaint. I sampled water from the kitchen sink of the complainant. The state lab called to inform me the sample was positive. I called the onsite manager and Larry Foster, owner, to inform them of the result. Shelly told me she had taken samples today and was going to deliver them to the lab for analysis. I spoke with Larry regarding radiological testing and told him I asked the schedule be changed to once every 9 years. I also mentioned that I sent him a letter asking him which of the deficiencies noted on the last survey have been addressed. Larry thought they all were addressed but I told him I would include that letter showing all the deficiencies which were numerous. ACTION NEEDED: Catch up on testing and check into all the tests that may not have been sent to the state. | ||
