| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to Ecoli positive DETAILS: I contacted operator to find out if repeat samples had been taken as we had not received notification nor did the results show up on state website. Jennifer informed me they had talked about it and due to the expense of the samples they went ahead and shocked the well. They will be flushing the lines and taking the samples next week. I informed her the repeat samples are required to be drawn within 24 hours and prior to shocking the well or take corrective action, this was also discussed on 1/20/11 when we received the alert. I explained the intent of the repeat samples and that regardless they would be required to take 4 repeat samples and 5 temporary routines the following month.
