Details: SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: Called operator and she did do the test and McGowan Lab reports for them. Checked and no report was submitted. Called lab and they forgot to report. Natalie faxed me copies of test results. She will also check on McGowan prior to months end. ACTION NEEDED: none
