Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting bacteria DETAILS: Sent letter stating bacteria test was done November 15, 2010 which is in the middle of the quarter. The lab sheet marked the test as a source sample. All routines are supposed to be taken in the distribution. Violation will not be removed from your record however by keeping your testing in compliance, it will eventually drop off your record after one year. ACTION NEEDED: none
