Details: SUMMARY: Follow up regarding coliform violation DETAILS: Failed to take a triggered source sample and not enough repeat samples following a positive coliform. The system did indeed take these samples but they were labeled incorrectly. I email Chuck Michael asking that the sample type be changed for both. I also asked whether these violations will be removed or not ACTION NEEDED: follow up when response received from Chuck
