Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The Westridge WD owns and operates a groundwater system that serves approximately 80 people through 35 connections. The system consists of a primary well and backup well. The system has one 20,000 gallon reservoir and another is currently under construction. The distribution system is two dead end 6 inch mains. The District initially contacted HBH to provide a contact tracer study as required by DWP. During the site visit, it was found that the reservoir under construction was not complete-- also the two wells which produce different amounts of water are chlorinated from one pump. This is causing big swings in the chlorine residual. HBH investigated the chlorine configuration and recommended separate chlorine feed pump and some changes to the existing piping. The current piping configuration may result in the District not achieving their required CT value under certain circumstances. ACTION NEEDED: Proceed with Contact Tracer Testing at a later date.
