Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 3 distribution repeats and one triggered source sample collected on 12/23/10 positive for coliform. I spoke with rod today and he informed me that after hearing of the repeat sample results he shock chlorinated the system. I informed him that 5 temporary routines are due in January. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines due in January
