Details:	SUMMARY: Violation correction DETAILS: Sent email 2/25/11 stating there has been no response to the letter sent on January 21, 2011. Mark replied that will not be open to the public and I responded asking if system is completely closed for all uses? Please send a written statement. Mark replied that the Koberg system has been completely shut down. It has not been used by the public, contractors nor OPRD staff. The rest area is scheduled to open back up soon even though we do not have the final date yet. Thanked us for the follow up and working with them. ACTION NEEDED: Temporarily postpone the automatic monitory & violation system in the state database. Wait and monitor for when the system is reopened.
