Details: SUMMARY: Investigation & resolution DETAILS: I attempted to contact DJ & phone has been disconnected. The system serves a certified family home child care facility. I drove by the facility and the house is for sale. DJ was home and said the child care facility is no longer in operation. She said the business is closed and has no plans of reopening ACTION NEEDED: Complete inventory update to deactivate the water system.
