Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Received and alert for nitrate level exceeding the MCl for EP-E. contacted operator to inform her to immediately take a repeat sample to determine next step. 3/21/11 contacted operator to inform her the nitrate repeat sample result was 4.5 This makes the average nitrate sample for EP-E under the MCl of 10.0 ACTION NEEDED: Immediately take nitrate resample at EP-E. 3/21/11 Since average nitrate sample for EP-E is under the MCL but still over half the MCl, continue to take quarterly nitrate samples at EP-E
