| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone discussion 3/1/11 with Steve. They received 2 of 4 positive coliform repeat samples. He stated he would shock chlorinate the whole system again and thoroughly flush all distribution lines. All food service activities, manufacturing of ice, and beverage service requiring water shall continue to be not in use until the water supply is potable. We discussed taking special samples at the location with the positive results if they wanted to get the water back in use before taking the 5 routine samples in March. Public notice is still posted in a conspicuous location at the store since 2/25/11. ACTION NEEDED: Need 5 routine samples in March and would need absent special samples in order to use the water for potable use. | ||
