Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic violation DETAILS: I spoke with Dee regarding (1) how to calculate an arsenic level running annual average (2) making sure to include a notation on the notice about which quarter the notice is being issued for and (3) including health effects language along with the public notice. I sent Dee a copy of the arsenic health effects information technical bulletin printed from the state website. ACTION NEEDED: none
