Details: SUMMARY: Respond to violation DETAILS: System required to take 5 temporary routine samples from the distribution in January 2011. David & Lori have been working hard to fix the Ecoli & coliform problem. Working on sealing up well & sanitizing source. Will make sure to get all future test in on time. ACTION NEEDED: Routine sample required April - June
