Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: The system received a violation for failure to take the required number of routine samples following a positive coliform. The operator did draw 5 samples but one was from the wellhead. I informed the operator that all temporary routines must be drawn from, distribution ACTION NEEDED: Resolve the violation when Octobers coliform sample has been received and entered into state website. Sample was entered 11/8/11. Violation resolved
