Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiency follow up DETAILS: Sanitary seal on well #2 is not water tight. Corrected - bolt was placed in the hole in the casing. System lacks an operations and maintenance manual. Corrected. Operators are not certified at the appropriate level. Corrected. The IRAM well is not an approved source. Not Corrected. System is currently researching different options and completing a cost analysis for repairing or replacing the unapproved well. ACTION NEEDED: Correct deficiency
