Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Spoke to Shiara and she thought she only needed to be taking the assessment samples monthly. She didnt realize she still needed to be taking her routine coliform samples quarterly. She said she would get the sample drawn immediately ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to show up on state website.
