Details: SUMMARY: monitoring violation DETAILS: Phone call with operator to discuss missed 3rd quarter routine sample. System did sample on 9/27/10. Sample was inadvertently marked as a source sample. System does have a coliform sample plan and does have sample sites in the distribution. Sample tap #1 happens to be a sample tap at the wellhead. It is tested in the rotation. This sample was taken at sample tap #1 and should have been marked as routine and not source. This system does not disinfect and will do triggered source sampling. ACTION NEEDED: 4th quarter routine ASAP plus public notice.
